Day one was a little bit difficult as I worked from 3 to 11 pm; I cooked Beef Stroganoff for meal 2 and then ate some left overs for meal 4 at work. I used 96/4 ground beef so it was a little bit bland but the way I look at it is everything that is good for you is not always going to taste great. I think we have all had that horrible feeling after we just finished the double cheeseburger from Wendys. It sure tasted good when we ate it, but we are feeling it for the next three hours. So is five minutes of pleasure eating that burger really worth it? I think not! Overall day one went pretty well as far as nutrition. I did realize that I am going to have to get MUCH more milk for all my nutrition shakes.
