Inclined Dumbbell Press - Very good workout this week, close to a nine
Bent Over Barbell Rows - Went very heavy which gave me a nine intensity
Inclined Flies - Always hard to get a high intensity here, probably a seven
Upright Rows - A very tough set to finish, definitely a ten

Another great arms workout today
Laying Dumbbell Nosebreakers - A great start, but prolly only a seven.
Standing Alternating Curls - A classic that got me to an eight.
Dumbbell Kickbacks - Very tough to get a true ten here, proly another sevne.
Standing barbell curls - Always a ten here, I pound my bi’s.

Full Squats - There is nothing better than full squats!  Probably reached an eight this week.
Seated Toe Raises - Used Shawn Phillips advice and paused at the bottom; a definite ten!
Leg Extensions - Once again a ten here; not sure why but this exercise gets me every single time.

Inclined Dumbbell Press - Went much heavier this week and reached about a high eight
Bent Over Barbell Rows - Once again, went MUCH heavier and probably reached a nine.
Inclined Flies - This is a tough exercise to get to a ten, but I reached about an eight.

Laying Dumbbell Nosebreakers - I probably reached about an eight on this one but it felt good.
