It was VERY hot here in Raleigh, NC today but I had a great day of cardio.  Looking forward to my last day of chest and back for this four week segment on day 23.

Three straight days of HIIT training.  This was the best by far but I cannot wait to do arms tomorrow.  I have no idea how I skipped it last week, but arms will get hit very hard on day 12!
