Only got five meals in today unfortunately.
I had a great free day! Chick-fil-a, Wendys and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts; can’t beat that combination. A great chest and back workout awaits me on day 21.

WOW! My calves are absolutely killing me but the HIIT training was great. Time for a FREE day tomorrow and I have a day off of work! Very excited about this!
