Weight Training - Day 23 - Chest & Back

Inclined Dumbbell Press - Very good workout this week, close to a nine

Bent Over Barbell Rows - Went very heavy which gave me a nine intensity

Inclined Flies - Always hard to get a high intensity here, probably a seven

Upright Rows - A very tough set to finish, definitely a ten

Flat Bench Close Grip Dumbell Press - The best ten I’ve had since starting body for life!  :)

It was VERY hot here in Raleigh, NC today but I had a great day of cardio.  Looking forward to my last day of chest and back for this four week segment on day 23.

Another great arms workout today

Laying Dumbbell Nosebreakers - A great start, but prolly only a seven.

Standing Alternating Curls - A classic that got me to an eight.

Dumbbell Kickbacks - Very tough to get a true ten here, proly another sevne.

Standing barbell curls - Always a ten here, I pound my bi’s.

Tricep Pressdowns - The best for last!  A definite 10!

I had a great free day!  Chick-fil-a, Wendys and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts; can’t beat that combination.  A great chest and back workout awaits me on day 21.

WOW!  My calves are absolutely killing me but the HIIT training was great.  Time for a FREE day tomorrow and I have a day off of work!  Very excited about this!
